There is a big difference between Christian Leadership and Biblical leadership. What is done in the name of Christianity is not always a reflection of Biblical Values and Principles. In fact, much of what is taught of Leadership within the Body of Christ is based on Worldly foundations where success is measured by “more” and “bigger”. The Bible’s approach to Leadership looks foolish to the world because it starts with Jesus and ends with Jesus and is filled to the brim with love. This week we want to examine the foundation upon which our leadership and “followership” is built.
