Biblical Leadership Principles part # 3. We continue to look at the Biblical picture of a leader. In this picture, the Bible paints a contrast of "aughts" and "aught nots" for a leader. It tells us what a leader "is" and what a leader "is not"; what a leader "has" and what a leader "does not have"; what a leader "does" and what a leader "does not to do".

Well Bill so glad to be catching up with last weeks session. I missed the wonderful conversation it must have generated. I’ve really never wanted to be a leader or in leadership for many reasons, mostly the extra difficulties I seen leaders have to deal with. (it’s a maturity issue I see now) I realize it’s all apart of our journey, maturity, obedience, and expected of us as followers “We learn we do we teach”. This teaching in particular “what a leader is and is not” “what a leader has and has not” spoke to me in my present situation of leading/mentoring.
